Fabio Greganti

My name is Fabio Greganti and I am a pastry chef. I define myself as a dreamer whose goal is to create desserts with a remarkable visual impact. I don’t follow trends, but I am committed to creating small masterpieces through the use of technology, study and respect for the ingredients. Aesthetics is fundamental in all my creations.

My career began at a hotel institute in the Marche region. After various work experiences in Italy and abroad, I decided to change direction and entered the world of superyachting. Here I had the opportunity to collaborate with famous people from cinema, fashion and beyond.

I have dedicated my life to the study of gastronomy and continue to constantly update myself. At just 24 years old, I opened my first experimental cooking laboratory at home, where I began to explore the techniques of haute cuisine.

Today I’m here to share my experiences, teach and show you my creations.
