My name is Fabio Greganti and I am a pastry chef. I define myself as a dreamer whose goal is to create desserts with a remarkable visual impact. I don’t follow trends, but I am committed to creating small masterpieces through the use of technology, study and respect for the ingredients. Aesthetics is fundamental in all my creations.

My career began at a hotel institute in the Marche region. After various work experiences in Italy and abroad, I decided to change direction and entered the world of superyachting. Here I had the opportunity to collaborate with famous people from cinema, fashion and beyond…
